What Prognyx provides, what it explicitly does not provide, and what you may do with the briefings.

1. Who these terms are with
This website and the briefings published on it are provided by Rali Filali, operating as Prognyx, a sole practice (see About). "Prognyx", "we" and "us" refer to that practice; "you" refers to anyone reading this site or receiving a briefing. Using the site means accepting these terms.
2. What Prognyx provides
Prognyx provides competitive intelligence: analysis of publicly available information about oncology drug development — clinical trials, regulatory actions, corporate disclosures, published literature and congress presentations. Deliverables take the form of written briefings, either published openly on The Watchtower or prepared for a client under an engagement.
Every factual claim in a briefing is traced to a primary source, which is cited so you can verify it yourself. The methodology page describes exactly how this is done and where its limits are.
3. What Prognyx explicitly does not provide
Prognyx briefings are not medical advice, not clinical guidance, and not a recommendation for or against any treatment. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and not an offer or solicitation to do so. They are not regulatory or legal advice. Nothing in a briefing is a substitute for qualified professional counsel in any of those fields.
Briefings discuss investigational medicines and their development. They are not promotional material, they do not promote any product, and they do not encourage off-label use. Where a briefing describes a drug's performance in a trial, it is describing a public data disclosure — not making a clinical claim about that drug.
Prognyx holds no securities in any company it covers, has no sell-side, banking or platform relationship, and receives no compensation from any company it writes about.
4. Accuracy, and the limits of it
Considerable effort goes into accuracy: every claim is checked against its cited primary source, and every cited trial is re-verified against the live registry immediately before publication. Even so:
- Briefings are dated snapshots. A briefing states what the public record showed on its publication date. Competitive positions change; a trial reported as recruiting may be terminated tomorrow. Always check the date on a briefing before acting on it.
- Public records are themselves sometimes wrong or late. Registry entries lag company disclosures by weeks or months. Prognyx flags such lags when it detects them, but cannot correct a source's own errors.
- Absence of a fact is not evidence of its absence. When a briefing says something "cannot be confirmed from public sources", that is a statement about the public record, not a conclusion about reality.
- Analysis is judgement. Facts are sourced; the interpretation built on them is reasoned opinion and other competent analysts may read the same facts differently.
The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or completeness.
5. Corrections
If a briefing contains an error, tell us at hello@prognyx.com. Confirmed errors are corrected with a visible, dated correction note on the page. Published briefings are never silently rewritten — a later development gets a new briefing that supersedes the old one, and the original stays as the record of what was knowable at the time.
6. Using the content
All content on this site — text, structure, illustrations and the briefings themselves — is © 2026 Rali Filali unless stated otherwise. You may:
- Read, print and share briefings internally within your organisation.
- Quote a short extract externally with attribution to Prognyx and a link to the original briefing.
- Forward a briefing to a colleague. Briefings are written to be forwarded.
You may not republish a briefing in full, resell it, present it as your own work, remove attribution, or use it to train a machine-learning model without written permission. Client deliverables prepared under an engagement are for that client's internal use, and their scope is governed by that engagement rather than by this section.
Company names, drug names and trademarks referenced in briefings belong to their owners and are used for identification and factual commentary only. Their appearance implies no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Prognyx or those owners in either direction.
7. Client engagements
Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Prices shown are indicative starting points; the scope, deliverables, timing, confidentiality and payment terms of any engagement are set out in a written agreement between us before work starts, and that agreement prevails over these terms where they differ.
A free sample brief carries no obligation on either side. If it is not useful to you, that is the end of it and you owe nothing.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, submit false information through the forms, or use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages. Automated bulk collection of the briefings for model training is not permitted (see section 6).
If you believe you have found a security issue, report it to hello@prognyx.com and it will be taken seriously and answered.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prognyx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, or for lost profits, lost business opportunity or lost data, arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. For any direct loss, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid Prognyx in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, for a reader of the freely published briefings, is nil.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Third-party links
Briefings link extensively to primary sources on external sites — regulators, registries, filing databases, journals. Those links are the evidence and are provided deliberately. Prognyx does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above will change and material changes will be described rather than quietly amended. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
